Overview
This is not the backpack note. We paid for a room we could close, and we skipped anything that needed a group.
Day by day
Day 1 — Arrive and do nothing else
Room, hot water, one meal.
Day 2 — The town on foot
Old Manali, the river path, and back. No taxi tour.
Day 3 — Solang or a rest day
If the top is visible from the balcony, go early and leave by lunch. If it is not, stay in.
Day 4 — A longer lunch than a plan
One good meal. The rest of the day is the room.
Day 5 — Bus out
Morning only.
